If you miss workouts or take time off, your program does not change.
MacroFactor Workouts programs, whether smart-generated or built from scratch, do not run on a calendar-based schedule. Instead, they use training cycles. You can skip a workout or log rest days if you want to keep training aligned with real time, or you can simply pause logging and pick up where you left off when you return.
When you resume training, MacroFactor Workouts uses your newly logged sets to update recommendations the same way it normally would. If your performance has changed after time off, recommendations may be adjusted to better match your current ability.
