Go to the Workout tab, scroll down to Workout History.
Tap the workout you want to edit.
Under Workout Details, next to Edit Workout, tap Edit.
From here, you can make any changes needed.
Tap the exercise you want to update in the top navigation bar.
To edit weight, reps, or RIR, uncheck the box next to the set you want to update.
When finished, check the box again.
Tap the checkmark in the top-right corner to save your changes.
You can also edit the training duration from this screen.
Go to the day containing the workout you want to delete.
Swipe left on the workout to reveal the trash icon.
Tap the trash icon to delete the workout.
Tap Delete Workout when prompted. The workout will then be deleted.
