Depending on the format of your program, you have two options:
Option 1: Import a program

Option 2: Use the Build from Scratch feature
You can manually build your own program in the app by selecting your exercises, sets, reps, and cycles using the Build from Scratch option during program creation. Once you start logging workouts, MacroFactor Workouts can still provide progression guidance and track your training data over time.
This lets you keep the program structure you like while using the app to log workouts, monitor progress, and adjust loads based on your performance.
