There are three ways to log foods to a future day. You can navigate to a future date from your food timeline and use any standard food logging workflow. You can also begin logging a food and select a different date and time before saving it. Lastly, you can copy and paste logged foods to future dates.
You can navigate to a future day several ways. From the Food Log page, you can:
Tap the calendar icon near the top of the screen to open the calendar, then select the date you’d like to view.
Tap a date in the row near the top of the food timeline. To view another week, swipe left or right on the date row, then select a date from that week.
Swipe from left to right in the blank space of your food timeline to view the previous day.

Once you reach the date you’d like to log food to, use any standard food logging workflow to add food to that day.
Alternatively, you can begin any standard food logging workflow and select a different date and time before tapping “Log Items”:
Tap the calendar icon beside “Log Items.”
Select the date and time you’d like to log your food to.
Tap “Log to Date and Time.”
You can configure the calendar icon to display two different date and time selection styles. To adjust this setting, go to More > Food Log > Time Selection. Then, select the Date Time Picker or Time Pad.
Lastly, you can copy logged foods to future dates:
In the Food Log, tap the food tile you want to copy.
Tap “Copy” in the menu at the bottom of the screen.
Scroll horizontally through the available paste options.
Tap “To Dates.”
Select one or more dates from the calendar. Tap an individual date or press and drag to select several dates at once.
