You can backfill workouts by manually logging sessions and setting the workout date to when they actually occurred. Note: While you can backfill workout data, you cannot import data from other workout apps at this time.
A common approach is to:
Create a program that reflects what you have been training recently.
Log workouts based on memory, notes, or another app.
Adjust dates and durations so they reflect when the sessions actually occurred.
Doing this will fill in your performance data and provide quicker insight into your training progress in MacroFactor Workouts.
Change the workout date or start time
Go to the Workout tab.
Under More, tap Workout History.
Open the workout you want to edit.
Under Workout Details, next to Start Time, tap Edit.
Choose the correct date and time, then tap Save.
Change the workout duration
Go to the Workout tab.
Under More, tap Workout History.
Open the workout you want to edit.
Under Workout Details, next to Duration, tap Edit.
Update the workout length, then tap Save.
