Tap the calorie and macronutrient bar at the top of your food log. This will bring you to your "Nutrition Overview", which allows you to see your energy, macronutrient, and micronutrient intake for the past day, past week, past month, past three months, and past year.
This will also include totals for things like water, fiber, net carbs, alcohol, caffeine, amino acids, vitamins, and minerals.
To further analyze your micronutrient intake, check out the Nutrition section on your dashboard. From the Nutrition section, you can view the foods contributing the most to your intake of each nutrient, set custom nutrient goals, highlight the nutrients you'd like to pay the most attention to, and much more.
