View Top Food Contributors to Calories, Macros, and Micronutrients for the Day

Learn how to view the foods that have contributed to your nutrient intake

You can view the foods that have contributed to your intake of any reported nutrient on any given day.

  1. Go to the Nutrient Explorer from the Dashboard by tapping “Explore All.”

  2. Choose one of the nutrients to bring into focus.

  3. Once you select a nutrient, scroll down to the Contributors’ View for today and past data tiles. Tap on the view of contributors or tap on any past day to see more information.

  4. From here, you will see the full list of foods that have contributed to the nutrient totals for the day. Percentage of contribution and the amount of the nutrient that can be attributed to the food will be displayed next to the food’s name.

    To simplify access to the Contributors’ View for a particular nutrient, you can pin this nutrient to the Dashboard. You can also access the Contributors’ View directly from your food log by going to the Nutrition Overview and tapping on any nutrient in the overview.
