Go to the Workout tab.
Tap to open any workout.
Navigate to an exercise that includes bodyweight resistance. You will see a green oval icon with percentages on the right side.
Tap the green oval icon next to the exercise.
The bodyweight contribution menu will open, showing how resistance is calculated.
The bodyweight contribution menu includes the following fields:
Scale weight: Your current recorded body weight.
Additional resistance: Extra weight added to the exercise.
Percentage: The portion of total resistance coming from your body weight.
The displayed scale weight is automatically populated from your most recently recorded value. You can edit it by tapping Edit Scale Weight, entering a new value, and tapping Save. Changes update immediately.
If you prefer not to see bodyweight contribution, go to More > Feature Settings > Workouts > Bodyweight contribution, then toggle it off.
