Building a workout from scratch lets you create a single workout manually and really personalize your training experience.
Tap the + button in the center of the bottom navigation.
Tap New workout, then tap Next.
Select Build from scratch, then tap Next.
Enter a name for your workout.
Select the gym profile you want to use.
You will be taken to the exercise selection screen. If you need to create custom exercises, do so before starting workout creation.
Tap + next to 0 Exercises to add exercises to your workout.
Tap Add Exercises.
Search for the exercises you want to include.
Tap the + button next to each exercise to add it to your workout. The number in the top-right corner updates as exercises are added.
When finished, tap Done.
You will be taken to a recap screen showing your workout layout.
To edit individual exercises, such as creating supersets or adjusting targets, tap the three dots next to the exercise.
To add more exercises, tap the + button on the right side of the screen. To remove an exercise, tap the three dots next to the exercise, then tap Remove from workout.
When finished, tap Save to Library.
