The empty workout feature lets you create a quick, one-off workout. It’s useful if you want to train outside a program, try new exercises, or log a single session.
Go to the Workout tab.
Under More, tap Empty Workout.
Tap the + button > Add Exercises.
After adding all exercises to your workout, tap Done.
At the top of the screen, review the following information:
Target muscles: Displays the muscle groups targeted by the exercises you add.
Total exercises: Shows the total number of exercises in the workout.
When you are ready, tap Start Workout or Save Workout Plan at the bottom of the screen.
To update your gym profile for your empty workout, tap your gym profile icon at the top of the screen next to the three-dot setting icon. You can also add a new gym profile by tapping Manage Gym Profiles > Add New Gym Profile > Save.
Tap the three-dot icon in the top-right corner to access additional options:
Swap gym for workout: Change the gym profile used for the workout.
Reset workout: Clear time, sets, weights, and any other changes made to the workout.
