Sometimes you may want to switch from your current program to a new program you have created, or to a previously used program you want to activate again.
Option 1: Setting a New Program as Your Active Program
Tap the + button in the center of the bottom navigation.
Tap to New Program.
Complete the program setup flow.
At the end of the flow, tap Activate Program.
Option 2: Setting a Program From Your Workout Library as Your Active Program
Go to the Workout tab.
Under Workout Library, tap Expand to view your full library.
Drag the program you want to use into your active program area.
After activating a new program, check your dashboard to confirm the change. You will see updated targets.
Note: Switching active programs does not reset or delete any previously logged workouts, muscle group data, or exercise history.
