Archiving a program lets you remove it from your active workout library without deleting it. This can be useful if you are rotating training blocks or cleaning up your library while keeping programs you may want to use again in the future.
To archive a program:
Go to the Workout tab.
Swipe left on the program you want to archive.
Tap the folder icon to archive the program.
The program will be removed from your current workout library and moved to your archive.
To restore a program:
Go to the Workout tab.
Under More, tap Archive.
Swipe left on the program you want added back to your workout library.
Tap the folder icon to unarchive the program.
The program will return to your workout library.
