Archiving a workout removes it from your active workout library without deleting it. This is useful if you are rotating training blocks or cleaning up your library sections while keeping workouts you may want to use again later.
To archive a workout:
Go to the Workout tab.
Swipe left on the workout you want to archive.
Tap the folder icon to archive the workout
The workout will be removed from your current workout library and moved to your archive.
To restore a workout:
Go to the Workout tab.
Under More, tap Archive.
Swipe left on the workout you want added back to your workout library.
Tap the folder icon to unarchive the program.
The program will return to your workout library.
