Tap “Dashboard” in the bottom left corner of your screen
Under Body Metrics, tap See All to view your inner dashboard and tap Visual Body Fat
Once there, tap on the + icon at the top right of your screen
At the bottom of this screen, you will see an option to enter your body fat percentage.
Make sure to tap the checkmark at the top of the page when you’re done to save
Changing your profile-level body fat range will have a small effect on your protein recommendations if you’re using a “Coached” program. Protein targets are calculated using a rough estimate of your lean body mass. If you’re not quite sure which body fat range you fall in, don’t overthink your selection – the protein recommendations for adjacent body fat ranges don’t differ enough to meaningfully affect your progress.
