Tap “More” in the bottom right corner of your screen.
Under the section titled “Feature Settings,” tap “Expenditure”
Tap “BMR Equation.”
On the “Expenditure” page, scroll to the “BMR Impacting Variables.””
Next to “Activity,” tap “Edit.”
Make your selection.
Note that changing your activity level in this section of the app won’t impact your current expenditure estimate, or your current calorie or macro targets. Your expenditure and program targets are calculated on an ongoing basis, using your weight and nutrition data. So, you don’t need to edit this page for your program changes to reflect changes in your actual activity levels. Realistically, you don’t ever need to edit this page, but you certainly can edit it if doing so will make you a little bit happier.
