Quick Edit Your Nutrition for a Full Day

You have a few different options

There are four ways to quick-edit your nutrition for a full day:

Option 1:

  1. Tap the + button near the bottom of the screen

  2. Select “Edit Day”

  3. Enter values for calories and/or macros

  4. Tap the checkmark to save

Option 2:

  1. Tap on the “Data & Habits” widget from your dashboard

  2. Make sure you’ve selected the “All” or “Nutrition” view of your habits

  3. Tap on the calendar day you’d like to edit

  4. Enter values for calories and/or macros

  5. Tap the checkmark to save

Option 3:

  1. Scroll down to the “Nutrition” widget on your dashboard. Tap it

  2. Tap the + button at the very top right corner of the screen

  3. Select the day you’d like to edit by tapping the date element in the top middle of the editor page

  4. Enter values for calories and/or macros

  5. Tap the checkmark to save

Option 4: 

  1. Scroll down to the “Nutrition” widget on your dashboard. Tap it

  2. Scroll down to the “Data” section of the Nutrition page

  3. Tap the pencil icon beside the day you’d like to edit

  4. Enter values for calories and/or macros

  5. Tap the checkmark to save
