Quick Edit Your Nutrition for a Full Day

You have a few different options

There are three ways to quick-edit your nutrition for a full day:

Option 1:

  1. Tap the + button near the bottom of the screen

  2. Select “Edit Day”

  3. Enter values for calories and/or macros

  4. Tap the checkmark to save

Option 2:

  1. On the main dashboard, scroll down and tap Nutrition Data Manager

  2. From here, you can tap the pencil icon to edit a previous date or the + icon at the top right corner of the screen to quick-edit the current day.

  3. Enter values for calories and/or macros

  4. Tap the checkmark to save

Option 3:

  1. Scroll to Habits on your dashboard and tap Food Logging

  2. Tap on the day that you’d like to edit

  3. Enter the values for calories and/or macros

  4. Tap Save
