There are three ways to quick-edit your nutrition for a full day:
Option 1:
Tap the + button near the bottom of the screen
Select “Edit Day”
Enter values for calories and/or macros
Tap the checkmark to save
Option 2:
On the main dashboard, scroll down and tap Nutrition Data Manager
From here, you can tap the pencil icon to edit a previous date or the + icon at the top right corner of the screen to quick-edit the current day.

Tap the checkmark to save
Option 3:
Scroll to Habits on your dashboard and tap Food Logging
Tap on the day that you’d like to edit
Enter the values for calories and/or macros
Tap Save
