Yes, MacroFactor Workouts lets you log different weights or reps for each side of your body.
To log each side separately:
Go to the Workout tab.
Open the workout you want to log.
Tap the exercise you want to log.
In the action bar until the exercise title, tap the L/R button.
Log the weight and reps for each side separately.
This is useful for unilateral exercises or situations where each side needs different loading. For example, if you are rehabbing a shoulder and need to use a lighter weight on one side, you can log different weights or reps for each arm within the same exercise.
Each side is logged independently, allowing your training data to reflect what you performed.
