If you cannot find your exercise in the exercise library, you can create a custom exercise. With custom exercises, you can name the movement and choose trackable metrics just like any other exercise, such as reps, weight per side, duration, or distance. Once you start logging sets, the exercise will appear in your performance history like all other exercises.
Additionally, if the exercise you are looking for closely matches an existing exercise, you can also duplicate that exercise and make small changes to better match your needs.
