Once a program is created, it stays the same unless you choose to edit or create a new one. This includes exercise selection, weekly layout, and sets and reps. Your program and overall structure will not change automatically. However, as you log workouts, MacroFactor Workouts uses your training data to update recommendations, such as suggested weights or reps. These updates occur as soon as you finish a workout (for example, when you complete Workout A this week, your targets for Workout A next will will be updated).
Changes to exercise selection or the overall structure of the program itself only occur if you manually adjust the program or create a new one altogether.
