If you cannot complete a scheduled workout, you can skip it without removing it from your program.
Go to the Workout tab.
Select your current program and expand it using the right arrow.
Select the workout you want to skip, for example, Workout C.
Tap the three dots in the top right corner.
Select Skip Workout.
You can also:
Un-skip the workout later if you decide to complete it by following the same process.
Move the workout to a different day.
