Go to the Workout tab.
Under More, tap Workout History.
Scroll to the workout you want to edit and tap it.
Under Workout Details, next to Edit Workout, tap Edit.
This opens the workout log, where you can edit each exercise, set, weight, reps, and access notes and other options from the action bar.
When finished, tap the checkmark in the top-right corner to save your changes.
