This page lets you control how the workout page is organized and displayed.
By default, the Workout tab includes two sections:
Active Program: Displays your currently active program. This section can be toggled on or off.
Workout Library: Displays all saved workouts and programs. This section is always visible and cannot be removed.
This area lets you create and manage custom sections on the Workout tab. You can use custom sections to organize workouts by goal or source, such as rehab workouts or programs from specific coaches.
Go to the Workout tab.
Under More, tap Customize Sections.
Tap the + button in the top-right corner.
Enter a section name.
Tap Save.
Go to the Workout tab.
Under More, tap Customize sections.
Tap and hold the drag handle next to a section.
Drag the section to your desired position.
Once created, you can drag workouts or program blocks into these sections directly from the Workout tab to organize your library the way you prefer.
Go to the Workout tab.
Under More, tap Customize sections.
Scroll to the section you want to remove.
Swipe left to reveal the trash can icon.
Tap the trash can icon and confirm deletion of the section.
