During a workout, you can add a note about your session, a specific exercise, or your program.
To add a note:
Go to the Workout tab.
Select the workout or program you want to start.
Start the workout.
Use the action bar and scroll until you see Note, then tap it.
Choose where you want the note to apply: Session, Exercise, or Program.
Enter your note, then tap Save.
Your note is saved with the selected context, so you can reference it later when reviewing your workouts or program.
