A superset is when you perform two exercises back to back with little to no rest between them. In practice, a superset lets you complete one set of Exercise A, immediately move to Exercise B, and then your rest time starts after completing both sets. You would then repeat this for each round of sets.
You can create supersets either before starting your workout or during an active workout session.
Option 1: Superset before starting a workout
Go to the Workout tab.
Open the workout day you want to edit, for example, Workout A.
Tap the three dots next to the exercise you want to superset.
Tap Superset.
Choose whether to superset with the previous or next exercise.
If the exercise you want is not adjacent, reorder your exercises so they are next to each other.
When you start your workout, the selected exercises will be grouped as a superset.
Option 2: Superset during a workout
Go to the Workout tab.
Start your workout.
Navigate to the exercises you want to superset.
Use the action bar at the top of the screen and scroll until you see Superset, then tap it.
Choose whether to superset with the previous or next exercise.
If needed, reorder the exercises by clicking and dragging the thumbnails at the top so the correct ones are adjacent.
Once supersets are enabled, you’ll see the exercises grouped together with the rounds indicated beneath them.
To remove a superset, tap the Superset option again.
Select Detach from superset.
The exercises will return to standard, independent sets.
