You may want to add another workout to your cycle that mirrors an existing one, such as repeating Workout A later in the week. You can duplicate a workout in just a few taps.
Go to the Workout tab.
Tap the program you are currently using, or the program that contains the workout you want to duplicate.
Navigate to the workout you want to duplicate, for example, Workout A.
Scroll the action bar until you see Duplicate, tap it.
The duplicated workout will appear as an additional workout at the end of your cycle. Note: You may need to scroll through your workout cycles to see it.
If you make a mistake, scroll the same top action bar and tap Remove, or tap Change to Rest to convert the workout to a rest day.
