You can log your weight three different ways in MacroFactor.
Option 1:
Tap the + button near the bottom of the screen
Select “Weight”
Select the date and add your scale weight (you can also add your scale body fat estimate, if that information is available to you)
Tap the checkmark when you’re done to save
Option 2:
Scroll to the Habits sections on the main dashboard and tap Weigh-In
Tap on the calendar day you’d like to edit
Enter your weight
Tap the checkmark when you’re done to save
Option 3:
Scroll down to the “Scale Weight” tile on your dashboard. Tap it
Tap the + button at the very top right corner of the screen
Select the day you’d like to edit by tapping the date element in the top middle of the editor page
Enter your weight
Tap the checkmark when you’re done to save
You can also import your weight into MacroFactor via one of our integrations.
