Log Your Weight

How to log your weight in MacroFactor

You can log your weight three different ways in MacroFactor.

Option 1:

  1. Tap the + button near the bottom of the screen

  2. Select “Weight”

  3. Select the date and add your scale weight (you can also add your scale body fat estimate, if that information is available to you)

  4. Tap the checkmark when you’re done to save

Option 2:

  1. Tap on the “Data & Habits” widget from your dashboard

  2. Make sure you’ve selected the “All” or “Weight” view of your habits

  3. Tap on the calendar day you’d like to edit

  4. Enter your weight

  5. Tap the checkmark when you’re done to save

Option 3:

  1. Scroll down to the “Scale Weight” widget on your dashboard. Tap it

  2. Tap the + button at the very top right corner of the screen

  3. Select the day you’d like to edit by tapping the date element in the top middle of the editor page

  4. Enter your weight

  5. Tap the checkmark when you’re done to save
