If you’re on a coached or collaborative macro program, MacroFactor will ask you to check in once per week. During the check-in, MacroFactor’s smart algorithms will suggest changes to your nutrition targets to keep you on track toward your weight gain, weight loss, or weight maintenance goal.
The Check-In may consist of curated Coaching Modules that help resolve diet challenges you may be facing and optimize your diet through further personalization. You can read more about the Coaching Modules feature here.
If you’d like to change your check-in day:
Tap on the “Strategy” tab at the bottom of the screen.
Below the “Strategy” header at the top of the page, you’ll see a number of buttons you can tap, starting with “New Goal,” “Edit Goal,” and “New Program.”
Swipe from right to left on this button area. The option furthest to the right will be “Change Check-in Day.” Tap that button.

Tap the checkmark in the top right corner to save your selection.
Changing your check-in day doesn’t come with any downsides. It won’t reset your goal progress or affect your program in any way. So, if you’d like to change your check-in day, go right ahead!
