Yes, you can edit or delete logged sets after a workout.
To edit a set
Go to the Workout tab.
Under More, tap Workout History.
Scroll to the workout you want to edit, tap it.
Under Workout Details, next to Edit Workout, tap Edit.
Make any changes needed.
Tap the checkmark in the top-right corner to save your changes.
You can also edit the training duration from this screen.
To delete a set
Go to the Workout tab.
Under More, tap Workout History.
Scroll to the workout with the set you want to delete, tap it.
Under Workout Details, next to Edit Workout, tap Edit.
Swipe left on the set you want to delete and tap the remove icon on the right.
This will delete the set instantly.
Tap the checkmark in the top-right corner to save your changes.
