If you logged a workout on the wrong date or want to manually backfill workouts, you can edit both the workout date and duration.
Change the workout date
Go to the Workout tab.
Under More, tap Workout History.
Scroll to the workout you want to edit and tap it.
Under Workout Details, next to Start Time, tap Edit.
Choose the correct date and time, then tap Save.
Change the workout duration
Go to the Workout tab.
Under More, tap Workout History.
Scroll to the workout you want to edit and tap it.
Under Workout Details, next to Duration, tap Edit.
Update the workout length, then tap Save.
