Ensure your data is recorded in the platform you want to sync from (Apple Health, Health Connect).
Make sure there’s no manual entry for the day, or a higher priority entry for the day, in MacroFactor Workouts. Higher priority entries will prevent a sync from occurring.
Wait 5-10 minutes.
Swipe down on the main dashboard (“overswiping”) until you see a little loading circle appear.
Once this loading circle completes, it will force an attempted sync and update your data accordingly.
