Integrations allow MacroFactor Workouts to read or share training-related data with supported health platforms. These integrations are optional and do not replace in-app logging.
To manage an integration: Go to More > General > Integrations.
MacroFactor Workouts supports the following health platforms:
Apple Health (iOS)
Google Health Connect (Android)
These serve as a central hub that allows compatible apps to share data.
Devices and apps, such as smartwatches or fitness trackers, will not connect directly to MacroFactor Workouts. However, many of them can sync data to Apple Health or Google Health Connect. If your device or app syncs to one of those platforms, its data may be available to MacroFactor Workouts indirectly through that connection.
For example, if a device writes step activity data to Apple Health or Google Health Connect, MacroFactor Workouts can access that data through the health platform, depending on the permissions you grant.
To enable an integration: Go to More > General > Integrations.
