Duplicate a workout if you want to make small changes without rebuilding everything from scratch.
Go to the Workout tab.
Select the workout you want to duplicate.
Tap the three dots in the top right corner.
Select Duplicate Workout.
Rename the duplicated workout what you want.
Tap Save and Go to Duplicate.
This creates a separate copy of the workout that you can edit without affecting the original.
