You can log your weight three different ways.
Option 1:
Tap the + button near the bottom of the screen, tap Weight.
Select the date and add your scale weight (you can also add your scale body fat estimate, if that information is available to you).
Tap Save to log your weight.
Option 2:
Go to the Dashboard tab.
Under the Habits section, tap Weigh-In.
Tap on the calendar day you’d like to edit.
Enter your weight.
Tap Save to log your weight.
Option 3:
Go to the Dashboard tab.
Under the Body Metrics section, tap Scale Weight.
Tap the + button at the top-right corner of the screen.
Select the day you’d like to edit by tapping the date element in the top-middle of the editor page.
Enter your weight.
Tap Save to log your weight.
