At this time, MacroFactor Workouts and MacroFactor Nutrition operate as separate apps. They do not automatically adjust training based on nutrition data, or nutrition targets based on training data.
That said, the apps are designed to be used together. Many people use MacroFactor Workouts to track training while using MacroFactor Nutrition to manage intake and body weight, then use both sets of information to guide decisions about recovery, performance, and progress. Furthermore, types of data that can be logged in both apps will automatically be shared between apps, including body weight, body circumference measurements, and period data.
In the future, deeper integration between training and nutrition may be explored. Any future integration would be intentional and evidence-based, rather than automatic or reactive.
