How to Permanently Delete Your Account and Data

This deletion process is instant, and leaves no trace. After signing in to the app, you can delete your account and data whether or not you have an active subscription.

If subscription is active:

1. Tap “More” in the bottom right corner of your screen

2. Under the section titled “General,” tap “Data and Privacy”

3. Tap “Delete Your Account”

If subscription is inactive:

1. Tap triple dot icon in the top right corner of your screen

2. Tap "Delete Account & Data"

Important note: This will NOT cancel your subscription. If you want to cancel or manage your subscription, you must do that through your phone’s app store.
