How to Add Progress Photos

Track visual changes over time by uploading progress photos

To add progress photos:

  1. Tap on the Body Metrics widget at the bottom of your dashboard

  2. Tap the + button in the top right corner of the screen

  3. Optionally, select the date on which you took progress photos, if you’re not adding photos you took on the present day

    1. Tap the date in the top middle of your screen

    2. Use the calendar to navigate to the date for which you’d like to upload a progress photo

    3. Tap the date on which you took your progress photo

  4. Tap on “Front Photo,” “Side Photo,” or “Back Photo” to add a progress picture

    1. Upload a picture from your phone’s memory or

    2. Tap “Take Photo” to launch your phone’s camera to snap a picture

  5. Crop your photo. You can zoom in or out, or rotate your photo during this step. Tap the checkmark in the top right corner to upload your cropped photo

  6. Add more photos if desired, repeating steps 4 and 5. You can upload one progress photo of the front, side, and back of your body each day you add progress photos

  7. Tap the checkmark in the top right corner of the screen to save your entries

You can also add progress photos from the Habits screen:

  1. Tap on the Habits widget

  2. Tap the “Metrics” icon underneath the calendar

  3. Tap the day on the calendar for which you’d like to add progress pictures

  4. Tap on “Front Photo,” “Side Photo,” or “Back Photo” to add a progress picture

    1. Upload a picture from your phone’s memory or

    2. Tap “Take Photo” to launch your phone’s camera to snap a picture

  5. Crop your photo. You can zoom in or out, or rotate your photo during this step. Tap the checkmark in the top right corner to upload your cropped photo

  6. Add more photos if desired, repeating steps 4 and 5. You can upload one progress photo of the front, side, and back of your body each day you add progress photos

  7. Tap the checkmark in the top right corner of the screen to save your entries
