In the Food Log, tap on the right hand side of the timeline to collapse an hour of foods.
Swipe left on the combined hour of foods you want to copy.
Navigate to the day in which you want to paste the food details. You can navigate by using the arrows at the top, or the triangle next to “Today.”
Tap “Smart Paste” to add the hour of foods to your timeline.
If you want to paste food(s) to multiple days: copy foods as you would usually, but then long-press on any hour or Smart Paste on any day to paste the foods into the right slots without clearing the clipboard. Continue pasting with the long-press until you are satisfied, and then clear the clipboard when you are done.
