Change your energy expenditure estimation from dynamic to static

1. At the top of your screen, tap the person icon
2. Under the section titled “General,” choose “Profile”
3. On the Profile page, scroll down to the “Advanced” section and tap “Expenditure”
4. Tap the “Advanced” tab
5. Enter a number to overwrite the dynamic expenditure calculation
6. Make sure to tap the checkmark at the top of the page when you’re done to save
