All of our payments are handled via the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. The process varies depending on your platform.
We are unable to cancel/manage subscriptions or issue refunds from our side. The trials, subscriptions, and payment processing are all securely handled by Apple. This is true of all apps that exclusively use Apple's payment system.
To request a refund, you will need to use Apple's support portal.
From there, tap iPhone, then Subscriptions and purchases, then Request a refund.
In general, Apple processes refunds within 60 days of payment, unless there are issues with the transaction.
If you contact the Google Play Store directly, they will process a refund so long as itβs within 48 hours of the purchase.
We are also able to offer refunds from our end. Contact us in the app by going to More > Community & Support > Support > Talk with MF Support, or shoot us an email at [email protected], and we can handle it for you.
Because our trials, subscriptions, and payments are handled directly by Google Play, it may take some time between when we issue the refund and when Google Play processes the refund, but you should receive a confirmation email from Google Play shortly after the refund is processed.
