# Changing Unit Preferences

Control and update unit preferences.

If you want to use kilograms instead of pounds, feet and inches instead of centimeters, or adjust time units, you can update those settings here.

To access unit preferences:

1.  Go to the **More** tab.
    
2.  Under **General**, tap **Units**.
    
3.  Adjust your unit preferences as needed.
