Go to the Dashboard tab.
Under Body Metrics, tap See All to view your inner dashboard and then tap Full Body.
Tap the + button in the top-right corner of the screen.
Optionally, select the date on which you took the body measurements, if you’re not logging measurements you took on the present day.
Tap the date in the top-middle of your screen.
Use the calendar to navigate to the date for which you’d like to log body measurements.
Tap the date for which you’d like to log body measurements.
Log your body measurements.
Tap the check mark in the top-right corner of the screen to save your entries.
Body measurements can be useful for giving some context in physical body changes in relation to training progress over time, especially when changes in strength or volume don’t always align with scale changes alone.
