# Understanding Bodyweight Contribution

View bodyweight and added load breakdown for exercises.

1. Go to the **Workout** tab.

2. Tap to open any workout.

3. Navigate to an exercise that includes bodyweight resistance. You will see a **green oval icon** with percentages on the right side.

4. Tap the **green oval icon** next to the exercise.

5. The bodyweight contribution menu will open, showing how resistance is calculated.

The bodyweight contribution menu includes the following fields:

- **Scale weight:** Your current recorded body weight.

- **Additional resistance:** Extra weight added to the exercise.

- **Percentage:** The portion of total resistance coming from your body weight.

The displayed scale weight is automatically populated from your most recently recorded value. You can edit it by tapping **Edit Scale Weight**, entering a new value, and tapping **Save**. Changes update immediately.

If you prefer not to see bodyweight contribution, go to **More** > Feature Settings > **Workouts** > **Bodyweight contribution**, then toggle it off.
