If you’re already on the Food Timeline screen:
Tap the Scale icon at the top left of your screen.
On the bottom right, tap the + icon to launch the log weight tool. (If the + icon isn’t visible, you may need to tap the graph to switch from trend weight to scale weight view.)
You’ll see a page that lets you scroll through values near your most recent weight. Select a value using the scroll wheel or by swiping up and down with your finger.
a.) You can choose to log your weight in your preferred unit, either kg or lb.
b.) While logging, tap Today at the top right to switch between Yesterday and Today to log your weight for the desired day.
Once you’ve selected the weight, tap Log.
While on the Scale Weight screen, the first vertical tab shows a sparkline of your scale or trend weight changes over the past week. Scroll down to the next tab to view your weight changes over time. To change the displayed timeframe on your graph, tap the options at the top right and select Last 6 months, Last year, or Last two years.

If you have the trend weight complication on your lock screen, tapping it can launch you directly into the log weight tool.
