From the Scale Weight screen, you can view your trend weight data by following these steps:
Tap anywhere on the screen that is not a button.
Tap the Weight View option at the top right of the screen and select Trend Weight under Viewing.
On the Trend Weight screen, you can view your current trend weight and your weekly rate of weight loss. You can also scroll down to view your historical weight trend data and use the scroll wheel to explore your trend over time.
Itβs worth noting that you can change the displayed timeframe on your trend weight graph by tapping the Weight View option at the top right corner. Under Graphs, you can select Last 6 months, Last year, or Last two years.
