How to Force Data Sync the Watch App

To force the watch app to reload all your data:

1. Navigate to the food timeline.

2. Scroll to the bottom of your screen until the Settings menu appears.

3. Under Account, tap on ‘Sync All Data’.

4. The app will indicate that a sync is occurring by rotating the arrow icons and displaying a ‘Syncing’ message.
