Email support is primarily for account-related and billing-related issues. We can answer your general nutrition questions and questions about your macro program in email support, but we'd request that you ask those questions in our Facebook group or subreddit if possible – if you have a question, there's a pretty good chance that other people in the community have the same question.
To report bugs or make feature requests, please use the in-app bug reporting form and the feature request portal. You can find the bug report form by going to More > Contact Us > Report an issue.
