📄️ Weekly budget
Changes in weight are the result of consistently being in a caloric deficit or surplus over time (and, of course, maintaining body weight is the result of being near caloric maintenance over time). With that in mind, we start with weekly calorie goals when generating a nutrition plan. The weekly calorie goal is determined based on your calculated energy expenditure and your goals (weight gain, weight loss, or maintenance).
